Prevention - No Funding
Unfortunately, the portal to request help with back rent or a security deposit is closed for the month.
Our request portal will re-open on February 1, 2025 & remain open up until 4:00 PM on the 3rd of month. You are encouraged to submit a request for assistance when our request portal re-opens next month.
We receive far more requests for assistance than we have money available. If you are still in need at the beginning of next month and are still eligible for the program (see below), please submit a request at that time. Please understand that requesting funds is not a guarantee that you will receive assistance.
To be eligible, you must:
Have children 18 years of age or younger in your care.
Be able to prove your ability to maintain the rent going forward.
Have a rent balance that does not exceed the amount that we are willing, by policy, to provide to a given household (the amount of approximately one month’s rent).
Need assistance for a security deposit not exceeding the amount we are willing, by policy, to provide to a given household.
